Sponsoring – European Mensas Annual Gathering 2008
Between 30th July and 3rd August 2008 the first European Mensas Annual Gathering (EMAG) will take place in Cologne. At this conference, European members of the largest High IQ society worldwide (with app. 110,000 members) will meet to further cross-border networks. The German Mensa (Mensa in Deutschland e.V., www.mensa.de) numbers 6,500 members and is the German branch of Mensa International.
The programme of this event consists of talks, seminars, and workshops, as well as company tours and presentations under the heading “intelligent entertainment”. A formal dinner will be the festive highlight of the event.
EMAG involves a huge amount of planning and preparation. Much of this is done by hard-working volunteers. But there are also considerable costs for rooms, material, insurance, printing, and much more. Mensa therefore wishes to sincerely thank the sponsors of this EMAG for their financial support, which plays a big part in making this event a success.
