To participate at the EMAG, you have to register in advance.
If you register, you have to pay a participation fee, which is due at once.
This fee includes attendance at the forum during the whole event as well as the use
of the additional rented rooms, e.g. the games room.
Reservations for particular workshops are not required.
The social programme can be booked separately and will be offered at net costs.
Registration for the EMAG and the social programme for Mensans and guests will be possible through this website. There will be no registration deadline to enable spontaneous people to participate. However, as the organizing committee needs to plan, the participation fee will increase with time, so the earlier you register, the better for you.

Booking and Cancelling at EMAG 2008
For all bookings made no later than 15th April 2008, an invoice will be sent to you on that day by e-mail. Until that date, you can change your bookings, book additional events, and cancel booking online as desired. Once the invoice has been sent, only booking additional events is possible without restrictions. You can cancel a booking free of charge only if you do so on the day you book, before midnight.
When you receive an invoice, please try to pay promptly. If we have not received any payment after 14 days, we will send a reminder. If no payment is made 7 days after the reminder is sent, we will cancel the booking, making the places available to others.
Anything you book after 15th July 2008 must be paid in cash in the conference office, EURO only. We will not accept bank statements or other forms as proof of payment.
If you cancel individual bookings after 15th April 2008, these rules apply:
- The conference fee will not be refunded.
- We will refund half of any fees for events. Refunds will be made in the week after the EMAG; please send us your bank details by e-mail to EMAG@mensa.de.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations after 30th June 2008 because we must pay the organizers of the events in full after this date.
Payments for all events booked until 15th July 2008 must be made by one of these options:
